Accidentally bought too many pool passes. Emailed them and they refunded the right amount no questions asked in less than an hour! Customer service is excellent! Pool is very nice and clean as well!

Spent the day here, did the Aerial Excursion tour and Basecamp, walked the grounds, ate at the cafe, saw the reptiles and other animals, shot sling shots, rode pedal bikes - had a fantastic family day! Looking forward to coming back for the Christmas lights.

We chose the Ariel Excursion Tour at Refreshing Mtn..it was a 7 zipline, 3 bridge crossing course. It was great fun whether you are a veteran of Zip lining or a 1st timer. Guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. Your highest height was 68 feet. Beautiful scenery in the trees. Would do it again in a second. Even though Refreshing Mtn is essentially a camp for groups in the summer, your particular event was not negatively affected. Do it for the fun. It would be amazing doing it in the Autumn with the change in colors. 5+ Stars. Only 1 warning... Not for people who don't like heights .
