We make the process as simple as possible for you.
- Connect with our Sales Team. Tell us about your expected group size, desired dates, lodging preferences, and other important aspects of your event.
- Place a Temp Hold on Space. Our Sales Team can hold space on specific dates for you while you review the contract details, talk with other decision, makers, schedule a facility tour, etc.
- Sign the contract and submit a deposit to confirm your reservation.
- Once your Event Contract is signed, you will work with our Guest Services team to plan all of the details of your schedule.
- Arrive for your retreat! We will be looking forward to seeing you for your special event. Bring the group, prepare to have a wonderful time, and rest assured that we will have everything ready for your arrival.

Which Activity Add-ons are best for church retreats?
It will really depend on the ages in your group, but many groups start with our Ascent Package, which is a great combination of high adventure (i.e. ziplines, obstacles, climbing tower) as well as on-the-ground activities like pedal carts, slingshots, our Wildlife Center, and more.
