Like you, we’re ready to cool off a bit. Here’s our pool practices so you can have a smooth and fun experience.

  • Refreshing Environment. We seek to provide a refreshing environment in and out of the water! Our daily time frames provide our guests with a spacious environment to enjoy the pool with less crowds. Use the “Reserve Your Spot” to check availability for today and book online.

Pool Pricing & Community Details

Our Pool & Pricing

Our geometrically unique pool is available to the community. This includes a wading pool play area, 30 foot slide, spring diving board, pavilion, cafe with online ordering available (see below), and lots of water play areas in between, our pool is great for those hot summer days!  We are a Family Friendly campus.

Single Time Block Pass:

For $4.50/person (no charge for ages 2 and under) guests have access to our pool for one of our 1 hr 50 min time block. Click here for our refund policy.

NEW Double, Triple, and Quad Time Block Pass:

For $8, 10, 12/person (no charge for ages 2 and under) guests have access to our pool for two, three, or four back-to-back time block. Click here for our refund policy.

Family-Friendly Standards

Here are a few unique Family Friendly standards that apply to the pool area:

  1. We do not permit pets, smoking, or alcohol.
  2. Modest swimsuit policy (board short style swim trunks for males and a 1 piece or tankini with no midriff/ showing for females). Please see our Pool Rules here and FAQ’s here.

You’ll find something for everyone on those hot days. With a snack, lunch and dinner items like our paninis, nachos, soft pretzels, refreshing milkshakes, ice cream, coffee (including espresso!), and a variety of other yummy snacks. Our store takes cash and credit card.

The pool at RM is a great venue for kids birthday parties. It’s available to rent privately for 1 hour and 45 min. time periods on select mornings and evenings. You can also add-on options including:

  • Various adventure activities

Pool FAQs

Do I need to make a reservation for the pool?

Yes. All pool bookings must be made in advance. Tap or click here to see availability and make your reservation.

What hours will the pool be open?

Tap or Click here for pool hours and to check availability/reserve your space. You can book up to 8 days in advance.

What if I am only able to pay in cash?

If you are only able to pay in cash, then once you arrive at Refreshing Mountain the pool attendants will instruct you on where to pay by cash if there are any spots available.

What is your cancellation policy?

For a smooth guest experience we are asking you book ahead online to reserve your space.

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds. If the pool is closed early due to unforeseen circumstances our staff will be in touch with you.
Why are you not offering pool memberships?

Due to COVID-19, and the limit of capacity we have each day, we couldn’t figure out how to sell pool memberships but reconcile potentially not having availability for members.  To control the max allowable guests, we had to change our model and have guests book online ahead of time. Because of this we couldn’t figure out a simple way to accommodate a “membership model” to allow that.   This year will be different on many fronts, and we will need some patience and understanding from our guests as we figure out how to offer a safe pool experience in a COVID-19 era, but we are excited to be able to open up again to our community.

Can I bring food or drinks into the pool area?

Yes, you may bring a cooler with food and drinks into the pool area. Please no glass. We also have a pavilion where you can eat.

Our cafe next to the pool serves paninis, milkshakes, hot and iced coffee, ice cream, soft pretzels and much more! You can order online here.

Can I bring my own chair?

Because we want people to be responsibly spacing, we are not allowing people to bring their own chairs. Our chairs are set up in groupings will be set up at a safe distance to encourage responsible spacing.

Can I bring pool noodles and inflatables?

You can bring pool noodles and other inflatables; however, you may only use those if the pool isn’t full. You can check with the lifeguards once you arrive to see if you can use those or not.

Will the cafe be open?

Yes, the cafe will be open for online ordering and pickup/takeout.

Can I do the Zipline (or other Adventure Activities)?
