The Wildlife Center
Refreshing Mountain’s wildlife center is a unique environmental education facility that specializes in providing its guests with hands-on experiences with wildlife and nature.
Reptiles & Amphibians Exhibit
Reptiles & Amphibians have been the focal point of our collection since the beginning. We currently display more than 40 species from around the world. Although we keep many tropical species, our primary focus is Pennsylvania native animals. In fact, some of our native reptiles and amphibians are rarely seen!
A few of our reptile & amphibian collection highlights include:
- Pennsylvania native snakes, frogs, lizards, and turtles.
- North American Venomous Snakes!
- Tropical Lizards and Frogs
- Pythons and more!
