IMPORTANT NOTE
If your group has guests attending that may have dietary restrictions (i.e. food allergies, diabetic, vegetarian and/or vegan, etc), it is recommended that these guests plan to bring food along to supplement what RM will provide. There is access to a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and sink in the Dining Area that they are welcome to access for storing/preparing supplemental food. While it is our goal to serve all guests well, RM cannot guarantee that we can meet the needs of specific dietary restrictions, due to the large volume of guests that we serve, as well as the “often-specific” preparation that is required in many of these cases. Prior to your group’s arrival, please be sure to talk to Guest Services about special menu accommodations that may be needed for your group. We will gladly provide a specific menu for you 1-2 weeks prior to your event so that you can determine if supplementary food will be necessary, and while you are onsite, we can also provide ingredient lists for any menu item being served.
Bring the fun and excitement into your next event.

FAQs
What Are The Snack Options For Retreats?
You have 3 options to consider for snacks. We can provide them, you are welcome to bring your own, or you can request to have the 319 Cafe open for your “snack time”. Here are some details about each option.
Our snack options. Choose from our snack menu and plan a time to have it served with Guest Services.
Bring your own snacks. If you intend to eat the snacks in your meeting room, please plan snacks that are appropriate to the age of your group, keeping in mind that all of our meeting rooms have carpet on the floor (i.e. Red grape juice is not a good drink choice for young children, because spills will stain the carpet). Please be aware that your group will be billed for damages that you cause to the carpet. If possible, we encourage groups to use the Dining Hall for their snack area. Also, don’t forget to also pack your cups, napkins, plates, utensils, etc. that you may need for serving snacks.
Opening the 319 Cafe. Our cafe has lots of snack options, like ice cream, soft pretzels, coffee, pizza, etc. You are welcome to request to have the cafe open at specific times for your group, and then your guests can purchase the snacks that they want. Talk to Guest Services if you have interest in adding this to your schedule.
