In late November 2016 and 2017 our crew got to work giving our bunks 1-4 and 5-6 a face lift, repectively. Five weeks later they were transformed into inviting communal spaces great for large groups and as comfy as our cabins. Come take a look for yourself!

Our newly-built cottage-style cabins are everything you’re looking for in a private cabin rental in Lancaster, PA! They were built you in mind… providing a clean, restful, and wholesome opportunity to get away with the entire family or another group and simply relax and have a fun time! Whether you’re looking for a weekend cabin getaway or a week-day vacation, you’ll love your experience at Refreshing Mountain.
While you’re here, enjoy our outdoor swimming pool and mini water park (included), take a hike on our beautiful woodland grounds with beautiful overlooks, or enjoy fellowship (and s’mores!) around a campfire. Feeling adventurous? Add one or more of our outdoor adventure activities to your cabin rental (such as a canopy zipline tour, ax throwing, escape rooms, or a visit to our Wildlife Center).

Rental Terms
- CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT. We guarantee check-in by 4PM on the arrival date. You are welcome to arrive before 4PM to enjoy the grounds. For optimal check-in ease, we do also recommend checking in prior to dusk. Checkout on the date of departure is by 10AM.
- NO SMOKING, NO ALCOHOL, and NO PETS are allowed in the cabins. $100 fine for infractions. There is a designated smoking area on the property away from all the buildings. Ask staff for assistance in locating this area.
- At least one guest of the group needs to be a minimum of 25 years old.
- This Cabin rental is somewhat like a condo rental, and as such, we do ask for some basic cleanup assistance prior to checkout (i.e. washing used dishes, stripping beds, etc). More details will be provided at check-in. Extra cleaning fees of up to $75 may be assessed if the checkout procedures are not followed.
- The Pool is included in your cabin rental (seasonal). We do request modest swimsuits at the pool (1-piece suits for girls/ladies, and boxer-style shorts for boys/men). Please pack extra towels if you plan to use the pool.
- Quiet hours on the property are 11PM to 7AM. We ask that you keep the grounds quiet outside during these hours.
