Our Dining Hall serves delicious buffet style meals with the ability to host 250 guests at a time.

Our menu request form allows you to give us your preference for the 2 main entrees plus the offering of side dishes. A cold bar is available at each meal, serving fresh fruit, cereal and yogurt at breakfast, and a full salad bar for lunch and dinner. Although we cannot guarantee we will serve the items you request, we will give consideration to your requests and accommodate them whenever possible.* Please find below a sample of what items we may include at each meal.

Breakfast
A typical breakfast menu may include some of the following
  • Hot Bar:
    • Scrambled eggs with bacon and cheese
    • Sausage
    • Pancakes
    • Pastries
    • Home Fries
    • Oatmeal
  • Cold Bar:
    • Fresh Fruit- Bananas Apples
    • Yogurt
    • Cereal
    • Bagels and Bread (with a toaster)
Lunch
A typical lunch menu may include some of the following

    • Teriyaki Stir Fry over Rice
    • Hamburgers, Hotdogs, and Sausages
    • Chicken Salad
    • Beef BBQ
    • French Fries or chips
    • Macaroni & Cheese
    • A casserole
    • Soup
  • Cold Bar:
    • Full Salad Bar
    • Veggies & Dip
    • Sliced Pickles
    • Apples & Bananas
    • Crackers & Cheese
Dinner
A typical dinner menu may include some of the following
  • Hot Bar:
    • Chicken or Beef Tacos
    • Fried Fish
    • Green Beans
    • Roast Ham
    • Roast Beef
    • White Rice
    • Au gratin Potatoes
    • California Blend Vegetables
    • Dinner Rolls
  • Cold Bar:
    • Full Salad Bar
    • Veggies & Dip
    • Crackers & Cheese
    • Sliced Pickles
  • Desert:
    • Ice Cream Sandwiches

*IMPORTANT NOTE: If your group has guests attending that may have dietary limitations (i.e. food allergies, diabetic, vegetarian and/or vegan, etc), it is recommended that these guests plan to bring food along to supplement what RMC will provide. There is access to a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and sink in the Dining Area that they are welcome to access for storing/preparing supplemental food. While it is our goal to serve all guests well, RMC cannot guarantee that we can meet the needs of specific dietary limitations, due to the large volume of guests that we serve, as well as the “oft-specific” preparation that is required in many of these cases. Prior to your group’s arrival, please indicate to our Guest Services any dietary restrictions. We will gladly provide a menu for you 1-2 weeks prior to your event so your participants can determine if supplementary food will be necessary. Ingredient lists will be available upon request at the time of your meal.
