Refreshing Mountain Announces Upgraded 2026 Spring Homeschool Days

Refreshing Mountain is excited to announce its 2026 Spring Homeschool Days: An upgraded, adventure‑filled experience shaped by direct feedback from homeschool families. Each year, parents tell us what they value most: outdoor learning, hands‑on activities, and plenty of space for kids to explore and try new things. This year, we listened and expanded the entire experience.

What Are Homeschool Days?

Refreshing Mountain’s Homeschool Days offer all‑day access to adventure activities, from ziplines to ground activities, along with educational workshops led by experts. Families can choose from three adventure packages designed to fit a variety of ages and comfort levels, all at deeply discounted, homeschool‑friendly pricing.

2026 Homeschool Day Packages

Homeschool Adventure 1 – $29/person

Elevated Obstacle Course + Ground Activities

Includes 12 activities:

• Elevated Obstacle Course – 33 obstacles (NEW extended access^)
• Climbing Tower
• Pedal Carts – Back by popular demand
• Archery – NEW (9AM–12PM)
• Slingshots – NEW (1PM–5PM)

Homeschool Adventure 2 – $37/person

Flying V Ziplines + Everything Else

Includes 13 activities:

• Flying V – 2 Ziplines
• Elevated Obstacle Course – 33 obstacles (NEW extended access^)
• All ground activities and workshops listed in Adventure 1

 

Homeschool Adventure 3 – $54/person

Challenge Adventure Ziplines + Full Activity Access

Includes 13 activities:

• Challenge Adventure – 5 Ziplines
• Elevated Obstacle Course – 33 obstacles (NEW extended access^)
• All ground activities and workshops listed in Adventure 1

 

Who Can Participate?

Ages 5+.

For Homeschool Adventure 3, one paying adult is required for students aged 5-12.

 

What’s New for 2026

Activities Participation Passport

Students will collect stamps throughout the day and earn a surprise Refreshing Mountain gift certificate upon completion. (Available while supplies last.)

Extended Access to the Elevated Obstacle Course

Students can now return for a second round, based on availability. A staff member will help them get set up.

Expert‑Led Workshops

We’re offering three in‑depth workshop experiences, including sessions from local author and arborist Daniel Glick.

Slingshots + Archery Access for All

This year, both activities are available to every participant.

Student Study Guide

A custom study guide will help students connect their adventure with classroom learning -- Perfect for homeschool portfolios and binders.

Educational Nature Trail

Featuring works from a local artist, the trail helps students learn about native wildlife and plant life through art and exploration.
