Ken has served as Refreshing Mountainâs Food Service Director for the past fourteen. Those years have brought many delicious meals as a result of hard work, but also quite a few light hearted moments. For example, he recounts the time he dropped a five gallon container of cracked eggs. âThe container shattered and eggs went everywhere!â He even has pictures to prove it.
When Ken isnât in the kitchen he enjoys fishing, beach trips, more fishing, boating, some fishing, swimming, and more fishing! He and his wife, Carol, have three daughters, Kristy, Tanya, and Samantha. They now also have two grandsons and a granddaughter! Ken and Carol have traveled to Europe, China, Bangladesh, and all over North America. He says their next stop will be Ireland, Chile, or their standard, Florida!
