Do I Need To Make A Reservation For The Pool?
Yes. All pool bookings must be made in advance.
What Hours Will The Pool Be Open?
Tap or Click here for pool hours and to check availability/reserve your space. You can book up to 8 days in advance.
Do You Have Pool Rules?
We do! We seek to maintain a Family Friendly environment with some unique modesty policies if you’re a first time visitor. Please read through them here before you come.
What If I Am Only Able To Pay In Cash?
If you are only able to pay in cash, then once you arrive at Refreshing Mountain the pool attendants will instruct you on where to pay by cash if there are spots available.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
For a smooth guest experience we are asking you book ahead online to reserve your space.
- All sales are final.
- No refunds. If the pool is closed early due to unforeseen circumstances our staff will be in touch with you.
Do You Offer Pool Memberships?
We don’t offer memberships, but we do offer Multi-Session Discounted Family Pool Passes. Tap/Click here for more information on how that works.
Can I Bring Food Or Drinks Into The Pool Area?
Yes, you may bring a cooler with food and drinks into the pool area. Please no glass. We also have a pavilion where you can eat.
Our cafe next to the pool serves paninis, milkshakes, hot and iced coffee, ice cream, soft pretzels and much more! Check our menu and times here.
Can I Bring My Own Chair?
No. In fact we have our own chairs! Our chairs are set up in groupings and you can utilize them during your time slots.
Can I Bring Pool Noodles And Inflatables?
You can bring pool noodles and other inflatables; however, you may only use those if the pool isn’t full. You can check with the lifeguards once you arrive to see if you can use those or not.
Will The Cafe Be Open?
Yes, the cafe will be open during our pool hours.
Can I Do The Zipline (Or Other Adventure Activities)?
