Looking for a fun and easy way to support your nonprofit, church, school, or community group? Host a Fundraiser Night at Refreshing Mountain's Christmas Lights and receive 10% of qualifying ticket sales for your organization.

1. Apply for a Fundraiser Night. Complete the application form below to be considered for a fundraising date.

Please note:

• • Available dates are limited.
  • Fundraiser Nights are not available on Saturdays.
  • Be sure to include your preferred date(s) on the application, as this is an important part of the approval process.

2. Receive Your Fundraiser Details. Once your date is approved, you'll receive:

• • Confirmation of your fundraising date
  • A unique promotional code for your organization

3. Share with Your Supporters. Spread the word through email, social media, church announcements, newsletters, and word of mouth.  There is no minimum attendance, but each organization is encouraged to have a goal of 25 or more guests for the fundraiser night.

When your supporters purchase tickets and enter your organization's promo code at checkout, 10% of their ticket purchase will be donated back to your organization.

Not Eligible

• Political organizations
• Individual medical fundraisers
• For-profit businesses
• Organizations whose mission conflicts with Refreshing Mountain's faith-based values

Fine Print

1. One fundraiser per organization per calendar year.
2. Your organization must be able to provide a donation receipt to Refreshing Mountain.
3. Refreshing Mountain will donate 10% of any sales with the Fundraiser Code, on the designated date of the fundraiser. Eligible sale types include ziplines, Christmas Light walking path, climbing tower, and ax throwing. Donation portion does not apply to banquets, café sales, overnight retreats, cabin rentals, or other large group sales not related to Christmas lights.
