What We Are Doing:

  • Providing spacious conference rooms and dining facilities to responsibly spread out
  • Installed air-scrubbers in large gathering places (UV HVAC sanitation) remove pathogens- specifically COVID-19 from air
  • Routine cleaning of common areas such as bathrooms, meeting rooms, dining facilities, etc…
  • Scheduling meal times to avoid overlap with other groups
  • Reserving recreation facilities and outdoor activities in advance for your group only

Lodging

We provide comfortable lodging. Need more space than usual? We will provide larger spaces or more rooms, based on your group needs.

  • Cabins provide individual housing residences, with separate rooms, and a common area for up to 8 people.
  • Hotel-style Lodge rooms, provide 4 separate beds for up to 6 people in a room.
  • Bunks, provide room for your group to space between one another and are able to sleep “head to toe”.
  • Refreshing Mountain will provide additional cleaning supplies so that you can routinely clean the bathroom areas of the lodging during your stay.

Dining Experience

Good food is important. Good food served in a responsible way continues to be our top priority.

  • We stagger meal times between groups as necessary to comply with maximum capacities in the dining hall, additional spacing for tables and chairs, and clean between groups.
  • Guest Services will work with you to set meal times as you plan your schedule.
