Blessings of Hope

Blessings of Hope is a wholesale food bank in the heart of Lancaster County. They are a bridge between food suppliers and charities in a way that brings God’s blessings to both. They give large food distributors the opportunity to donate their excess product so food can be placed in the hands of the hungry instead of ending up in landfills. They are committed to empower churches, ministries, and individuals to reach out and build relationships in the community through food, teaching, and acts of love. Together we can make a difference and eliminate hunger in our communities.

He Who Refreshes Others Will Be Refreshed

There are so many great ministries in our local community that are “REFRESHING” others. Refreshing Mountain is blessed to highlight various ministries periodically to help raise awareness of how they are spreading Christ-centered love through their work. We are not in any way officially affiliated with these non-profits, nor is there any formal relationship listing them, we simply appreciate their work, and want to help spread the word about their services.

How Long Will This Non-Profit Be Featured?

We will feature a non-profit for 3 months from the time of the request and/or until the fundraiser is over, whichever comes first.

What Qualifies A Non-Profit Organization To Be Featured?

We have a few guidelines organizations must meet to qualify as a “Featured Non-Profit” of Refreshing Mountain:

Must be a local (within 20 miles of Refreshing Mountain), non-profit organization that provides a service or education opportunity for the community
Align with Refreshing Mountain philosophy and practices
The selection/timing of sponsored non-profits are at the sole discretion of Refreshing Mountain staff, and these decisions are impacted by many factors. We cannot feature every great non-profit in the area, but we are happy to do our part in raising awareness as we are able.
