Large Group Event Booking Request Form

RELEASE FORM AND INDEMNITY: RMC will provide a Release Form which each participant will need to complete and bring along on the day of the event. IF a participant is under age 18, his/her parent/guardian must also sign this Release Form. Click here to view a copy of our release form.
CHAPERONES: RMC will provide all of the trained staff needed for any scheduled activities. It is expected that the Guest Group will provide chaperones/oversight for the guests. Click here to view adult to child ratios for each activity.
Reservation/cancellation policy: All reservations with a total cost of $500 or less require payment in full at the time of the reservation or with the signed Day Agreement. Day events with totals over $500 must submit a check with a deposit of $500 along with the signed Day Agreement and the balance must be paid upon arrival the day of the event. A cancelation 14 days or more prior to your arrival date will result in a refund of the deposit, less a 25% cancel fee. If you cancel 3 to 13 days before your scheduled arrival date, 50% of the total costs. Cancellation within 3 days will result in billing for 100% of the total costs.
