Planning a men's retreat is a great way to deepen relationships among men. It provides an opportunity to "getaway" for a few days from the daily schedule, to relax, to "refresh", and to strengthen friendships.

RMC is a great place to host such an event. The atmosphere is restful, the facilities are clean and comfortable, and there are lots of activity options.

Lodging Most men's retreats will use our lodges and private rooms for lodging. Our minimum group size in this style lodging is 21 persons, and our max capacity is 116 persons (quad capacity) or up to 170 persons (6 persons per room). Some men's retreats will also use our Bunks for lodging. These are less expensive and also provide a great atmosphere for "temporary community". These facilities are also great if you are planning a father/son event. Meals A key ingredient to any retreat is PLENTY of GOOD FOOD! We can handle that. Our Dining Hall serves buffet style meals and we get good reviews on our food. You can submit a Menu Request Form for your retreat to help us plan the menu. Meeting Space As part of your reservation, you will be assigned a meeting area that will adequately seat your entire group. These areas often become a "hangout" area for your group and are great spaces to play games, sit and talk, have group discussions, etc. Depending on your group size, additional rooms may be available as workshop areas (additional fees may apply). You can discuss the different options with camp staff when making your reservation and/or during a camp tour.

Recreation Facilities There is lots of fun to be had at RMC! Your group may schedule times to use the sports fields, gyms, playground, hiking trails, swimming pool/wet playground (seasonal), camp store, and other general facilities at NO ADDITIONAL COST. (Note that the pool is included in the costs when it is open to the community. Private pool rentals will have extra costs). During the winter, we have nice hills for tubing and we provide the tubes, however, we do not guarantee snow (so bring some with you!). Activities Please note that by "activities" we are referring specifically to special "programmed events" that we offer in addition to the recreational facilities like the pool, playground, gyms, sports fields, etc. One of the areas where RMC shines the most is in the variety of activities that we offer to your group. These are great ways to enjoy the natural environment of the camp, build unity within your group, and create bonding experiences that your group will share for a lifetime. High Adventure Low Adventure Canopy Tour Many men's retreats have the most interest in the "High Adventure" and Paintball activities. These are fun, interactive activities that RMC staff will setup and guide for your group. The High Adventure Activities are designed to challenge each person mentally and physically, while the Paintball Course is designed as a fun experience to test your accuracy at target shooting (please note that we do not offer "warfare style" paintball.
