Rates Include
- Applicable local HOTEL/EXCISE Taxes
- Conference space rental
- Access to gyms, sports fields, game room, pool (seasonal and time sensitive), and other general facilities, all at scheduled times.
Rates Do Not Include
- 6% PA sales tax (many organizations that we host are exempt from this tax. Contact us if you have questions about applicability in your case).
- Activities like zip lines, climbing tower, archery, hayrides, etc. (These are easily added to your schedule, so if you have interest please contact us). View our Activities Pricing (PDF file) for details and rates for the many activities at RMC.
- Equipment rentals (i.e. golf carts, sound equipment, video projection equipment, etc).
Discounts
- Group Leader Stays FREE (click here for details)
- 4-6% discounts offered based on final group size (click here for details)
- Mid-week retreats Sept-May qualify for significant details. Contact us for details.
- Overnight Retreats qualify for DISCOUNTS on Activities
Larger Groups
- Group events of 121+ persons may qualify for significant discounts, depending on duration of retreat, time of year, etc. Please contact us to discuss the details of your event.
