Refreshing Mountain Camp offers private sites for RVs, campers, pop-ups, and tents. We have three different types of sites, categorized as follows:
- Sites with full hookup (water, electric, and sewer)
- Sites with water and electric hookup (dumping station is available at no extra cost)
- Rustic sites (no water or electric)
Each site has a picnic table and a campfire area. The rental of the campsite includes use of the playground, outdoor basketball/volleyball court, hiking trails, fishing pond, baseball field, and other general outdoor facilities. It does not include access to any indoor buildings (i.e. gyms) or activities (i.e. Zip Line, Climbing Tower, etc).
Check in and check out times for the campsites are 4PM. If you are arriving on the weekend, you may check in as early as 1PM on Friday if space is available. Please call us to check these details.
Campsite & Tent Site Guidelines
Our hope is that you will have a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable time while you stay with us. The rules listed below will help to ensure that this happens.
- No alcohol is permitted at Refreshing Mountain Camp. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave without a refund.
- Illegal fireworks are prohibited.
- We will not rent a single site to a coed group or an unmarried couple.
- Bringing pets to RMC is discouraged. If you do choose to bring them, there will be a $5 charge per animal per day. Your pet must be docile around other people and animals, and must be kept on a leash at all times. You must also clean up after them.
- Full payment is required at the time of reservation. Please have your credit card ready when you call. A 75% refund can be issued if cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to date of event.
